Caldy open their National 2 (North) campaign traveling to the midlands to face Hinckley which is one of three away games in the opening month of the season.

Due to a clash with cricket fixtures the opening home game will be played on Sunday 15th September against our nearest rivals Chester with the return fixture being played at Hare Lane the Saturday before Christmas on 21st December.

There are no new grounds for Caldy to visit but they will be making a rare visit to promoted Scunthorpe in November in between home games against local rivals Fylde and Preston Grasshoppers who will be returning to Paton Field for the first time in a year or two before the longest trip North to face Tynedale.

The New Year opens with two home matches against Sheffield Tigers and Loughborough respectively.

The longest trip south comes in mid January when they travel to Hereford to face Luctonians.

Sedgley Park visit Paton Field in February and are a team to look out for as they were the only team to beat Caldy in their Championship winning season three years ago, winning both home and away games.

The season begins with a Cheshire Cup fixture away at Wirral which has been switched from Paton Field due to cricket and will see the club come up against former head coach Simon Verbikas in his first game as Head Coach at the Clatterbridge based club.

The winners will face Sale FC at home in the Semi Final with the losers dropping into the Vase Competition and will face Birkenhead Park.

Please keep an eye on website for pre-season match information and New Player interviews including the returning Jack Parker, Mark Dixon and Adam Aigoboke In the coming weeks.

A full list of Fixtures will be up on the site soon
