EGM NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to hold an Extraordinary General meeting of Caldy Rugby Club on Thursday 29th August to be held at Caldy Rugby Club at 7.00pm to vote on the following matters:

  1. To amend the following rules of the Club as per the copy attached to the Notice highlighted in RED

  • Rule 5 -To define the relevant responsibilities of the Main and Sub committees

  • Rule 6 – To define the financial management between the Main and Sub Committees

  • Rule 7- To define the composition of the Main Committee

  • Rule 13.1 To define the role and responsibilities of the Senior Rugby Section

  • Rule 13.4 to include a Ladies/ Girls Sub Committee

  • Rule 13.5 To include a Touch Rugby Sub committee

  • Rule 14 To separate the AGM into Administration and Financial

  • Rule 14.7- To re-define the date of the financial year end.

  • Rule 18- To ensure that the Club is inclusive

  • Rule 22 – To ensure that all coaches are approved and have the necessary qualifications.

  1. To amend the subscription for non playing members to £156 to include a season ticket.

  2. To create a subscription for an additional section membership of the Rugby Club of £60

The meeting has been called under rule 16 and has been requested by the following members:
