A wee reminder why us parents/guardians drag ourselves out of bed on a Sunday morning through the dark winter months. Caldy Mini Under 8s played a double header on Sunday 15th October with two teams (Caldy Stormtroopers & Nexo Knights) taking the Mold Mini rugby festival by storm with 6 games played each and no defeats. A further two teams played Warrington RFC at home and put in an equally impressive performance. Opposition coaches being very complimentary about Caldy’s team spirit and skill level.

The picture is the Caldy Stormtrooper team having fun and taking on much needed fuel (cheesy Dorritos!) in between games at Mold. Our 40 plus regular players in the Mini Under 8s group are developing well and are a credit to themselves, parents/guardians and the Caldy RFC family. They also play with a big smile on their young faces. The future for Caldy RFC is bright ! #friendsforlife.
