This Wednesday 7th August at 6.30pm Caldy will be starting weekly Walking Rugby for those over 50 who wish to improve their fitness and have some fun.

Walking Rugby has grown since the popularity of the Rugby World Cup in England in 2015 and due to the success of walking football. A number of clubs have taken up the scheme and now it is the chance for Caldy members to get to together and play a game of rugby.

Anyone who is interested in taking up the game should meet at Caldy Rugby Club at 6.30pm on Wednesday for the first session or contact Phil Wylie

There will also be chance to have a pint and socialise afterwards in the bar.
