This weekend Caldy play the first of back to back home games against Blackheath one of the original clubs that founded the Rugby Football Union back in 1850 and the third oldest in the world after Dublin University and Edinburgh Academical Football Club.

The games between the two sides ended in victories for the home side with Blackheath winning 29-17 at Well Hall in December with Caldy winning 42-18 at Paton Field in April this year.

Both sides have won six and lost two of their opening eight National One matches so far this season so it is sure to be a great game between the sides.

Prior to the game the Caldy second team will play Chester in a top of the table clash in the Haribo Northwest Counties league with a kick off at 3pm
